Biography
Presently he his working in Department of Materials Design and Innovation School of Engineering and Applied Sciences
Research Area
Prof. Seo's research focuses on the development of new semiconductor materials for micro/nano devices that enable a high efficient energy conversion, a high power/frequency operation, extreme environmental conditions. Prof. Seo's group also focuses on the development of novel low dimensional materials and their next generation flexible electronic and optoelectronic devices.
