Biography
Sulaiman Al-Zuhair is a Professor of Chemical Engineering at UAE University. He has two patents and published a Book, 62 journal papers and three book chapters. Majority of his research work is on the uses of enzymes in various industrial applications. Prof. Al-Zuhair is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Engineering Science and Technology, and was the Editor-in-Chief of a Special Issue on Enzymatic Biodiesel Production, in the Journal of Enzymes Research and a Guest Editor in the Journal of Renewable Energy. He held positions on the scientific and organizing committees of several international conferences.
